Ended up for the day going 2-1 in NBA and 1-1 in NCAA, posted this play yesterday afternoon in my 12/27 posts so now including a writeup:
Texas A&M (+4) - Like I said, bet this yesterday morning. Texas A&M went 8-2-1 ATS this year and were 6-0-1 ATS last 7 games. They lost 2 tough games at home by 1 point each to Nebraska & Oklahoma where if they would of won one of those they would definately be in a New Year's Day game. Texas A&M offense has been good this year especially their running game with Lane & Goodson putting up 210.5 yards rushing per game. California in a weak Pac 10 finished the year off by going 0-5 ATS last 5 games. They were expected to battle USC for the title but their 1st game got smoked by Tennessee 35-18, the game was not that close as the score shows. Fullback Byron Storer is out for Cal which will hurt Marshawn Lynch's running as Byron opened up a lot of holes for Marshawn. Not that this stat really matters but the last 8 Holiday bowls the dog has covered all 8 games and are 5-3 straight up winners as well. See the same result as A&M should win this game and dropped the Pac 10 to 0-4 in bowl games.
