Dallas won five of last six games behind Romo; last week, Cowboys scored game's last 21 points after Falcons rallied to take lead; Pokes are 9-2 if they score 20+ pts,
0-3 if they don't. Eagles used +3 turnover edge to win first game, 38-24 in Week 5, but neither starting QB from that game will be starting this one.

Jets (8-6) @ Dolphins (6-8) - Gang Green is 5-2 on road, needs win here with "should win" game vs. Raiders on deck next week-10-6 finish might land Jets in playoffs. LA Lakers at Miami
With Shaq still on the sidelines, the story line for this game is Kobe vs. Wade. Bryant's scoring average is down to 27.8 points this year from last year's league-leading 35.4, but the result has been more Laker wins. In fact L.A. is 11-4 when Bryant has less than 25 points and 9-2 when he has at least six assists. That was the case Friday when he had 21 points and 11 assists in a 99-95 win over New Jersey. For Miami and Wade it is just the opposite. The Heat are 8-3 when Wade scores at least 30 points, but 4-11 when he doesn't. More importantly, though, is the fact that none of those wins have come against a team with a winning record. The more team-oriented Lakers look too strong for Wade to overcome in this one and should take advantage of its slight underdog status (+1) according to Dunkel, which has Los Angeles favored straight up by 3 1/2. NY Jets at Miami
Jason Taylor was quoted this week as saying the Dolphins are a better team than the Jets. Based on the fact that both he and Zach Thomas were named to the Pro Bowl, while only kick-returner Justin Miller made it from New York, Taylor might have a point. But what the Jets lack in individual talent they have made up for in gutsy performances, especially on the road where they are 5-2, including last week's 26-13 win at Minnesota. Eric Mangini still has the Jets playing for one of the last two wild card spots, while Miami is bemoaning another near-miss season that was caused by a slow start (six losses in first seven games).
