Mailing it in? KC hasn't mailed it in? Losing 3 straight. I can't see them being very interested in this game.

Since 1989 home dogs off 7 straight losses in week 16 or 17 are 8-3 ATS and 5-6 SU in week 16 these teams are 2-0 ATS. I'm certain in those seasons the sports bettor said the team was "mailing it in".

Looking back some of the teams were pretty lousy including the 1-15 1990 Patriots, 2-14 Oilers of 1994, 1-15 Panthers of 2001, 3-13 Lions in 2002 and a few other 4-12 teams.

KC needed a late 4th quarter drive to beat Oakland at home in week 11. In that game Oakland outgained KC 326-292. They also controlled the clock 32:34 to 27:26

Its easy for someone to come here and give a chalk play that you know no one in the world would take the other side.Its takes a special capper that looks more to the number that the public sees.
