line movement IMO is to spark more betting it never has to do with the final score but what gets the most on both sides BYU here also

The services i have counted as of now are byu 13 and oregon 12. So the services are at a dead split right now. What i do see as some good fade material is 10 services on the over and 1 on the under. Under starting to look good

Don't know where you're seeing that. All offshores have -3.5 from -3 -105. Going up, not down. Local still has -3 but he'll raise it at 6:00.
