Phoenix has tied a franchise record with 14 straight wins and looks to pick up another tonight at home against the Raptors, who are still without star Chris Bosh. But Toronto has actually won three straight without Bosh, including a win over Orlando (91-84) in its last road game. On Sunday the Raptors showed they could run with a high-octane offense when they upended Golden State (120-115) behind Morris Peterson (23 points) and T.J. Ford (21 points). While pulling off the upset of the Suns is unlikely, Toronto does look like it can take advantage of a large Vegas line (+13 1/2) according to Dunkel, which has Phoenix favored by 9 1/2.
