Think about that for a minute.
Yes, Boston is 17,18,20, 21 & 25 million ahead of spots 3-7 but for the Yankees to say that you would need to have 5 teams payrolls to be 173 million and higher. NO TEAM is even within 53 million of that number.
The fact you would argue for the Yankees in any argument involving their payroll, boston included or not is AMAZING because it isn't even CLOSE!
