Damn ... It seems like i say the Cubs look good going into every season and no matter what they always disappoint. I like Lilly but he has pitched his best while i watched against Boston. He was known as a Red Sox killer. I like the move and i think if the Cubs find one more solid starter, i'll say it again ... "Damn, the Cubs look good this year"!

Your right Wayne....he did get your boys a lot. Always a pretty nice price too for some reason.

I can't imagine they can get Zito now but they can still afford Schmidt and that would be a GREAT 2nd or 3rd starter for the Cubs.
