I'm not sure who will cover, but what happened between any big 10 and Sec teams decades ago has nothing to do with what will happen on Jan 8.

Yeah, but I think you might be out-thinking yourself. Super conference, yes. Super team, not so fast my friend! The game is just Ohio State vs Florida, not FLor, LSU, Tenn, Aub, etc vs OSU, Mich, etc. That would be a romp for the SEC, not so much for the actual game though.

Also, as I'm sure you know, this line will only go up. I'd wait to get at least 8 on this one if you like the dog.

I'm think I'm gonna to make a rather large wager on an LSU/OSU 6 or 6.5 pt tease. Seems pretty EZ to me.

I LIKE LSU-but the spread will not matter in the NCG

We'll see. I've watched every snap from OSU this year, with 3 in person including the Michigan, and seen more than half of Florida's games at least somewhat, and I just don't see how they hang. Leak has been more than disappointing at times, and Tebow running around causing chaos won't be a big surprise these days. Florida's D is really fast, but desn't stop the pass well. And they've never faced an attack with 2-4 guys that could end up in the NFL within 3 years. Not to mention big game Troy.

I'm generally pretty unbiased, i.e. I like the Browns but know they suck and bet against them often, and I just think this year's OSU team transcends any conference stigma and things like that.

THEY HANG WITH FLORIDAS DEFENSE AND SPEED-this will be the best "D" they have seen and the most speed-those are two big things they cant practice against-But Fla does have there hands full. I think everyone has already crowned Ohio St champion---NOT SO FAST MY FRIEND

THey are fast, but I'm not sold on them being faster than Michigan's. Plus, speed can get you in position on D, but it doesn't mean you'll make the tackle/play. Oh well. Not a bad pick at +7.5 right now, but I think some people are overestimating Florida b/c of the SEC.

GL Blake- I like the call, especially comming from someone with the reputation that you have on this forum. You had to have known that you would catch a lot of shit for that pick, and I think you know you put yourself on an island by doing that. I have great respect for you bud, and if anyone objectively sits down and looks at the numbers, and the teams that both have played, and Urban Myers record in big games, I think it is not out of the question for Florida to win.

I have the utmost respect for Ohio State, they have won me some good coin this year. But I think that Florida is battle tested, having to play one tough team after another in the SEC. Trust me I'm not a SEC guy, but everyone must admit that the SEC was the toughest conference in the Nation this year.

I'm no expert, just my opinion. GL again

Blake has been pounding the winners out year and year, and I'm not saying he's wrong at all. However, I think you are leaving a little out when you talk about Meyer's record in big games and not mention Tressel's (4-1 Bowl, 5-1 Mich, 1 OSU Nat Title and 4 I-AA titles).
