Kaptains "Thanks to all" write up
I know this is in the wrong place, but most posts have been made by now, and I wanted it where all can see it.........The Mods can move it later.........
The thanks is in regards to those that supported me in another thread where I was, can I say, attacked by another member..........
This Member got his justifiable punishment by the Mods, as you guys all know, he's been pressing the button a lot lately....
Some of you used the statement such as, you cant disrespect......
..........a guy who's been a member so long............
..........your elder..................etc,
it's at this point and time I say thank you for the support, and also must add..........
Time on this site, or being an elder is not a mandatory reason for respect.........
One has to earn that respect.........I hope, and feel as I have done that, as you fellows displayed.......
It also opens another thought for me.........
You can be young, as many of you are, and you can be a new member, or recently new member, and have the respect of others........as many of you have mine..........
It's all about how you present yourself.......and that is what I wanted to convey to you guys......
Most of you, a very large percent, know how to disagree on a subject, discuss it openly, throw out your supportive darts for your side, have pissing contests,............and yet remain solid supporters of one another........
Thats maturity, and some get it early, some get it late, and some haven't gotten it yet, and sadly, some never will.......
You reap what you sow..........Treat others only as you would want to be treated yourself........
We all have different opinions on most anything, and it's wonderful that we're in a place where we can express ours, with out fear of being be-headed........
Thanks to all once again, thanks to the Family, for further proving we are Family, and special thanks to my PAPI SPARK, who jumped in like he was a veteran Sky Diver........
You guys are great.........
