Total for tonights MNF need some thoughts

I'm over looking at pinny props and if I'm reading it right, it's saying. Total game points > 28½ and < 44½?

Meaning, that the total score at the end of the game has to be more than 28 and and has to be less than 45 for +110.

This looks like a real good deal, any thoughts?
