Linesmakers don't want to move it off 3.. With Carolina's anemic offense, they'd have trouble covering a bigger number on the road. And the books would probably get more big money on the dog if they moved it off 3.

In my opinion, I agree with what others are eluding to, the line seems about right. Philly has a decent shot to win the game, but in my opinion Carolina wins it 6-7 times out of 10
