I actually think it was somewhat similiar with UCLA beating the number 2 team on the same day. Either way, i wasn't here to argue Michigan's point. I can see why they picked Florida but the fact of them losing late is TRUE, to the team they then went on to beat for the title is TRUE and the fact that FSU and Florida ended the season (1-1) against each other was TRUE!

My point was simple. UF fans used that argument (At times) while debating this BCS but just a few years ago, they were not complaing about it.

I understand where you're coming from. I remember that, as a Gator fan. I distinctly remember Bowden being pissed off and stating how he hated playing a team you have already beaten the same year. He added it is terribly hard to beatthem twice in the same year.

Can you imagine the Ratings if they used 3 BCS bowls and played out the Top 4 BCS teams

#1 Ohio St vs #4 LSU

and

#2 Florida vs #3 Michigan

Put those 2 games on New Year's day at 4:30 & 8:00 pm and watch the ratings go off the Hook. Play the Title game a week later and it would be EPIC!
