            Dear Sir,

Pinnacle Sports allows transfers from one account to another after an internal review of each account.

Please remember that you may transfer funds between accounts only if you do not have any outstanding NETeller, Moneybookers, Instadebit, Webmoney or other deposits which need to be returned using the method of deposit. No transfers will be processed without the proper credit/debit card information on file with our office. Transfers are also not allowed if a cash bonus was added to your account within the last 30 days, or if you have not met the minimum roll over requirements. All of our bonuses are subject to the client placing the initial deposit in action at least three times and the initial deposit and bonus must remain in the account for a minimum of 30 days. In addition, no funds may be transferred if you have sent us a check within the last 14 banking days.

Pinnacle Sports offers this free service to facilitate the funding of other Sports Book accounts you may have. However, please be advised that clients who opt to send funds using Account to Account Transfers are no longer eligible for free deposits and withdrawals as listed in our FAQ section.

Instead, all deposits and withdrawals will incur the fee paid by Pinnacle Sports to accept the deposit. In addition, Pinnacle Sports will not reimburse fees paid by the client for deposits. Withdrawals by check or wire will incur a $25 USD or equivalent charge and each NETeller, Moneybooker, INSTADEBIT, WebMoney or other withdrawal method incurs a $15 fee.

In addition, transfers from one currency to another are processed using the daily rate from oanda.com. The oanda.com rate is the standard interbank rate. Pinnacle Sports does not receive this rate on currency exchanges with our bankers. Therefore, transfers between accounts with different currencies will incur a surcharge of 2.75% of the funds transferred.

            Regards,

            Customer Service Department
