Texas A&M question

Maybe I'm making too much of a small move, but I see most people on A&M, and my local has the line at 23.5 along with most the people who have the line psoted on here, but I see the line is now 21.5. A 2 point swing seems like a lot in a short time??? Anyone know what's up, if anything?
