he certainly is improving for a rookie and lets not forget...he is a rookie and on a crap team......Look back at all the qb's who started their rookie years and had success....not many....

I am not ready to crown him an all-pro, but he desreves some credit for sure and looks promising

1 good quarter??? I believe he has led his team to wins in 4 out of the last 5 games

it is very hard to speculate what make a qb successful....is it yelling??? some guys do....others do not......Qb's mature at different rates.....Am i ready to give up on Eli??? pretty close, but not entirely since we have no choice in the matter.....

It is a unique position and some do not find any success until their 30's (gannon and plunkett) whereas some find early success only to find it fleeting.....

KB....with all due respect, his stats have been borderline terrible in each game he's played, win or lose. They have won 4 of 6 and clearly he did a nice job today, although I would fault the Giants' 2nd half game plan as much as i'd give Vince Young credit.

In each of two of those wins, the Titans had a defensive and special teams TD, so i'm really not sure how much Young can be credited with "leading" them to those wins.

Again, it's way too early to say how he will end up, but to say he's the future of the league is a little bit over enthusiastic in my opinion.

He led them to those wins? IMO his numbers don't show that and I must add....I didn't watch ANY of the TEN games.

                Week 6 W 25-22 @ 4-7 WAS
                13-25 for 161 1TD 0 INT

                Week 7 BYE

                Week 8 W 28-22 vs 3-8 HOU
                7-15 for 87 1 TD 0 INT

                Week 9 L 37-7 @ 6-5 JAC
                16-36 for 163 1 TD 3 INT

                Week 10 L 27-26 vs 9-2 BAL
                13-25 for 211 0 TD 1 INT

                Week 11 W 31-13 @ 5-5 PHI
                8-22 for 101 1 TD 0 INT

                Week 12 W 24-21 vs 6-5 NYG
                24-35 for 249 2 TD 0 INT

His QB numbers I find Very subpar.

Did someone else play quarterback?? He might not have put up hall of fame numbers in the games, but quarterbacks lead teams to wins and losses. For a rookie on as shitty as a team as the Titans are, I consider those last 4 out of 6 wins more important than any other stat you throw out there.

It would appear to me that anytime he's matched up against a "good" team that they lose. TEN beat PHI and NYG when they both are on a downward spiral. And those two teams are 500.

I bet you thought the NYG were in a downward spiral when they were up 21-0 to start the 4th quarter huh

I wonder why you think that?

Romo has been impressive but let's not forget he's faced some shitty teams with shitty defenses. Washington, Arizona, Indy and TB are not going to scare many offensive coordinators. They beat Carolina in the 4th qtr due to turnovers.
