Biggest game of the year so far for Saturday (headscratcher)

Why and how is Georgia (a team I follow closely and root for) favored over a team that very likely could win the ACC Title and play in a BCS Bowl? IMO, only Wake or Boston College could beat them in a tight ball game. Therefore, Georgia, a team that lost to Tennessee handily (a rare indeed for them to lose to UT), Florida, Vandy and Kentucky (because their kicker was out and the sub sucks), is favored over the best Georgia Tech team in years?

Georgia Tech +1.5/2/whatever is BY FAR my play of the day for Saturday.

Also going to take South Florida, Kentucky and Notre Dame as secondary big plays of the day for what it's worth.
