  • BIG play for Sunday

OK so both my College Footbal GOY and my NFL GOY have both been losers. Which honestly is very rare for me. I wont title this play just yet, but I fucking like it alot!

    New England -5.5

New England can't win by a touchdown? Were talking about the Packers. We're not talking about the Colts or Da Bears we're talking about the Packers. I don't care if they are playing in Lambue Field(however the fuck you spell it) and its Brett Favreraaa's last game and his dad died again. Pats will NOT lose 3 in a row. The loss of Harrison really hurts but I expect this team to be very focused and prepared on Sunday.

    More write-up to come...

F the Pats! They cost me last week in Wayne's Suicide pool.

Good luck with the play though.

Injury update for the Pats. Samuel and Wilson OUT. Not good for Pats. Chad Scott will move from safety to corner and 2nd year player James Sanders fill in at safety. Basically that is my only concern in this game. I don't see Green Bay running the ball at all today. New England is only giving up 79.7 yrds per game on the ground and only 71.7 over L 3 games. Green should see most if not all the carries for GB as Morency is OUT with back problems. The key to game for the pats will be putting pressure on Favre and stopping the passing game. Patriots should be ablt to get to Farve due to the lack of experience on the O line of GB.

Green Bay's defense should be exactly what the Pats need right now. GB is allowing 242 passing yards per game. I expect a breakout game for Brady. He will pick them apart just like Minnesota. Throw in a little mix of Dillon and Maroney and I see NE scoring 30+ in this game.

Green Bay against winning opponents this year.

                10/2/06 @PHI L 9-31
                9/17/06 NO L 27-34
                9/10/06 CHI L 0-26

They have only played 3 teams with winning records. Same result each time.

A 7 point loss to Indy and tough loss at home to a much improved Jets team and everyone is ready to throw the pats under th bus. Yes there are a lot of spots for improvement, but the Pats always seem to repond in situations like this. I love the Pats in this spot.

                Prediction

                New England 34-Green Bay 13
