Nothing has changed. I use Netteller and I've put money in and taken money out since the bill was signed and haven't had any problems. The same with sportsbook.com. In fact, I took out ten dimes from my baseball future with Pinnicle and the money was in my Netteller account the same day. The only change is that neither of these two will take bets over the phone anymore.
