I had a solid Saturday, going 2-2 but my wins were on my first 3* of the year (Kentucky) and on a 2* (Hawaii) while losing both 1* plays. I also hit my first basketball play of the year covering by 18+ points w/Wash State. All four of these plays were posted earlier at the lines cited below. Some have moved. I continue to recommend all plays.
1* Dolphins +1
Miami turned its season around with its big win off the bye against the Bears. I look for more momentum as they return home against a KC team that may be flat after several top performances.
1* Falcons -8
This is a pure matchup play. Atlanta has the best running game in the NFL and the Browns are terrible against the run. This is a home team in a non-conference game that really needs a win against an AFC pretender and a young QB (banged up even if he plays) who has to play in a tough road stadium.
1* Colts -12
I don't see a letdown here as Indy has been hitting on all cylinders and has a defense that is producing lots of turnovers. It's a big number but the Bills, who had no offense in a lucky win over GB last week, won't be able to keep up.
1* Lions -6
Detroit had a big turnaround win last week and faces a 49ers team that had only eight first downs last week in a home win over an overrated Vikings team. The Lions offense is beginning to adapt to Martz' system and should roll it up here.
Opinions only: Packers, Rams
