  • Giants??????

I'm going to the Giants/Bears game............I was going to stay away from the game, but i have a rule........I'f i'm going to the game i'm gonna have action, even if it's only a little action. Need some input, leaning towards the giants, Bears brought down to earth last week and giants will exploit that.

Injuries on Giant's D are a concern, but so is Rex Grossman on the road. Gradkowski showed how hard it is for a rookie QB to play in the Meadowlands and Rex isn't too far removed from being in that position. Toomer being out hurts, but Shockey has been asking for the ball and now he's going to get it against Bear's Tampa 2. Difference comes down to Eli clearly the better QB and the combo of Tiki and Brandon Jacobs getting a push behind an underrated Gmen O line.

Giant's giving 3 or less looks good to me. But I post here about as much as Haley's Commet comes around.

    GL either way.

So you'd like to make money and enjoy the game? well...
i'd take the giants at home if you're going to be there. it kind of sucks feeling like you're losing when everyone around is happy that their team is winning. I like to make the team I bet the home team if I'm going to be there. Why bet a lot? Just enough to make you happy if they win, disgruntled like everyone else if they lose. Anyway, my two cents.

If you're Giants fan, bet the Bears; If you're a Bears fan, bet the Giants. That way you're happy no matter who wins.

ps- I lean to the Bears though; still the better team imo, overall.

pss- Teams that turnover the ball six or more times last game are generally a good bet the following week: Bet Bears and Steelers.

          Not so fast my friend.

Teams that turnover the ball six or more times last game are a good bet ATS 62-49 55.9% BUT .............

Let's break it down further. Road teams in this spot are only 24-26 ATS.

Bet Steelers at home. There's no edge here taking the Bears based on turnovers.

I hope the bears win, go eagles, but I think the giants take this one.

don't take either one----go to the game, enjoy the game, enjoy yourself, there's plenty other games you can have action on...........

I can't enjoy a game when I have a wager on it, I have a tendency to protest Refrees calls, see things they don't, become bias/prejudice, and all that takes away the fun of being there.......

                Just my opinion....kapt

Thanx Frank for the further insight. My guess is that road teams in that setting might be good plus six points or more?? But that wouldn't apply to Bears anyway.
