Is It Just Me Or Is Vegas Cleaning Up This Year In Football

IT MAY JUST BE ME, BUT I HAVE SEEN AND HEARD FROM FRIENDS AND JUST GETTING BACK FROM VEGAS ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND TALKIJNG TO EVERYDAY PLAYERS LIKE US HERE ,THAT THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING HIT HARD,
I KNOW JUST MYSELF I HAVE NOT HAD A WINNING WEEK YET IN COLLEGE FOOTS BUT I HAVE WON EVERY WEEK IN THE NFL EXPT. LAST WEEK I GOT HIT HARD IN THE NFL AND COLLEGE,WHICH REALLY hurt my bankroll BUT I KNOW THAT ITS A LOOOOOOOOONG SEASON AND U HAVE TO ASPECT THIS TO HAPPEN BUT SHIT NOT TO SOME MANEY PEOPLE,,
IS VEGAS MAKING UP FOR LAST YEAR WERE THEY CLAIM THEY GOT HIT HARD IN THE NFL,I DONT KNOW BUT I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT YOUR GUYS THOUGHTS WERE AFTER LAST WEEK I HAVE NEVER SEEN AND HEARD OF PEOPLE SAYING THEY WERE DONE WITH BETTING SPORTS,which we have all have said before but never do it ,even in this fourm i have never seen so maney people posting and saying bye to everyone that they were done betting//////

Vegas lost their a$$ last year because so many favorites won and covered. This year has been different with the dogs winning more. Just look at last weekend. Anytime the dogs win, Vegas wins. It's just that simple. I think playing more dogs from here on out might be in order. This is just my opinion of course....

Yea I tend to agree. I noticed from week 1 that the linesmakers were making things much tighter than the lines were last season. Also noticed that from the get-go they had no problem putting up double digit lines for favorites. Last season, what can you say, if you were a recreational player you were able to win a decent amount of money just by feel. I couldn't believe it, week after week. I was waiting for it to turn, and I don't know if it ever did. I firmly believe the linesmakers were ready to be on their A game this year after their "let-down" last year. It does not surprise me how many people are getting smoked, many times gambler have short-term memories and don't remember that the most amount of money in any sport is bet on NFL, therefore it's not going to be easy to win year in and year out. just my $.02

Personaly , I'm very discourged... lines too sharp ... totals have been scarey ! Not hardly betting anything for now....

Public loves the overs as well.

I don't believe the books did as good last year in the NFL as they are doing this year. Favorites were hitting at a big clip last year. While this year what I see is a lot of inconsistency from week to week.
