I think the reality in the Oakland Raiders sets in tonight......Starting off 0-5, and then reeling off 2 straight wins, in my mind, doesn't constitute a 180 degree turnaround......Improvement, yes, but not to the extent some are believing in.........

These are the kind of games the Sea Hawks have to win, and with weather conditions as they are, I think it favors the Hawks, and not to mention, they are the Home team.........

Yes----80 % responsibility to the Ins. Co, and 20 % to the School.........

5K deductible to be paid by school, leaving a balance of 38K, to be divided the way I showed it 80-20.......

School was guilty of having an insufficent ground fault protection system for one portion of the damage, and the Ins. Co. is liable for enforcing upgrades, dropping the policy when up grades are not met, or paying off when accidents occur....

Ins. Co could have enacted an increase in Payment when New codes/laws come out, you can't force Insured to update (Grand Father clause), but you can increase rates, drop policy, and as a minimum, do inspections on a semi yearly basis.....

Policy was written in 1982, and not once has Ins Co walked down premises to insure that all new/or old requirements had/have are being met......they got a lil lazy, and so did the school with a temporary method of grounding, that stayed ther for 16 years.......
