I think you need to qualify your statements by clarifying they couldn't beat that certain team on that specific week. It does not come close to meaning that if the Pats played the Broncos at home again this sunday night it would have the same result. That's the beauty of the NFL season, it's dynamic as some teams get tougher, some get weaker, some eventually find their strengths and some go down the toilet.
