you don't think Willie Parker is a good enough back? Steeler fans were all over his jock last year.

P.S. One thing that pisses me off is how fast Steeler fans have jumped off the Big Ben bandwagon. He won you guys a SB last year, and considering what he's gone through since that time, how can all these Steelers fans just say fuck Big Ben.

No one here can tell me that taking Pgh -2 and +4 was going to lose outright.....

I'm not sure my thoughts about that, but I did take Oakland based on the fact that their pass D is good, and a 2-4 team giving 9 pts on the road is ridiculous (even though it was at Oakland). I looked at your plays, and you basically put all your eggs in one basket which I'm sure you were aware of before you did it. I thought about doing that with the Eagles yesterday in teasers, but I couldn't justify basing all of my plays on one team...good thing I didn't cuz they suck.

I'm not jumping off his bandwagon....I'm just saying he has 3 rookie receivers than last year and no 250 RB that can get 3-5 yds anytime...It's going to be a long season for him, if they don't learn the system, that's all!!!
Yesterday, on the goal line, I saw Big Ben call a slant to Washington, and he ran an out.....The ball was there but the receiver was not....Interception!!!!!He has his work cut out for him this year...

He definitely does...I think losing Randle El hurts more than people want to admit. It basically comes down to the fact that unless your're team name is NE, it seems as though recent SB teams have terrible follow-up season.

2-4, lost to Cincy on a drop punt return that led to a TD...And a fumble by the RB that led to another in the 4th QTR....
Beat them up the whole game..

Lost to At on a last minute FG...

Lost to Jack when Ben should have stayed out another week after getting hurt....

Lost yesterday when twice the receiver ran the wrong route and an interception occured...And with 1st and goal on the 3, handed the ball to Parker, who got to the 1 yd line...On 2nd down, 250 Davenport falls over his feat on the handoff at the 5....And then he goes offside the nextplay to put the ball back at the 9.....Couldn't get in the endzone...

If they had a back like Bettus, they win 3 of those games...

NO running game with bite them all year, guaranteed..

Pgh won back to back twice....It's just alot tougher now because of Free Agency!!! It's all about $$$$ these days...No loyalty! Pretty sad!!

Didn't Ward just re sign a contract extension? Does anyone know how long it was for? He's such a talented and quiet player, you just have to wonder when the frustrations might start to set in.

exactly, and to win a SB, you basically have to go through the season without major injuries...Pitt has had injuries to Big Ben and Porter to name a few off the top of my head...it's hard to go 2 straight seasons without injuries (see Seattle)

He's been playing with a pulled hamstring since week one....He gets double coverage and the young guys have to step up and take charge, like Mike Colston is doing for NO.....

Marques Colston is the pick of the draft IMO...that guy is legit...go figure, a 7th round pick from Hofstra is going to win the ROY

33 Receptions for 577 Yards with 6 TDs through 7 Games is unreal for a rookie not named Randy Moss

Look at all the teams through the decades that had dominate SuperBowl Contending teams......Most of those players took pay cuts.....Hell, both Bettus and Ward took paycuts 2 years ago to keep the same team last year...
Terry Bradshaw took a paycut the year before to keep 2 of his lineman and won another Superbowl
