weather seems to not be an issue. i think rutgers -9 is the play. would believe they need to pour it on for any bcs chances.

They said weather was not a factor...wind was blowing during the day but Thorne said it died down to a breeze just before kick.

Neither team throws very much anyway, except RU has had some success tonight.
