I also like the Under as a average bet...$150....To put 2K is ridiculous......Always look at the downside in a what if scenario......You could actually go down another 5K....which would put you at 11K......The way i have gotten out of these messes is to #1 - Pay the man and do NOT dwell on it (like saying it was my money for a car downpayment or anything like that)...it is gone and beating yourself up does nothing productive...it just forces you to hang on too tight looking for that easy game (which we all know is usually a loser)

#2 - take 3 or 4 days off and just observe

#3 - follow someone who is on their game....(not someone streaky) but someone who grinds it out...(i.e. Big Weiner, Wayne, Kapt.)

#4 - Try to win it back $500 at a time (not per bet, but as a weekly goal)...DO not try to get it all back immediately....(You can chase and get lucky but usuallly the hole gets deeper)...

#5 - Be disciplined...Bet the games you set out to be that day and go about your business (do not sit by the TV and add games at the 2nd half or late games you did not intend to play).....Diverting from an original plan usually spells disaster because your picks are reactionary...(a guy who shows discipline and does not bet everyday and seems to grind out a profit every week is Ernie V)

#6 - I would never recommend a service, but if i were get on board with Rook....He is fair and consistent as heck.....

im taking dallas for whats its worth to you ,and if you can bet halves,bet the 1st half under,the giants always start off slow and they seem to play better in the 2nd half,but listen to these guys,don't chase it with stupid huge amount ,go after it slow or pull back until you have your bankroll back to where it was.

Bookie's love this phrase. I've said this before on this site and I'll say it again. If you're on a big losing streak, don't think that it can't possibly continue because it can.

Winning and losing streaks can go on and on and books make their money on guys thinking it will end.

Do yourself a huge favor and cut your unit amounts to less than 10% and wait for the streak to end and a winning streak to begin.

Chasing your losses is exactly what a bookie or Vegas wants you to do.

I remember some douchebag who came on here saying he would martingale the Yanks because they couldn't possibly keep losing. Well, they did and he would have been down into the tens of thousands.

Ride this out and you'll thank me in the end. Maybe you're right about tonight, but if you're wrong, you're in an even deeper hole.....JMO
