      Dunkel Index - Hockey

      Dunkel Index – NHL

      SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21

      New Jersey at Ottawa

The Senators had the fourth-best home record in the league last year (29-9-3), but have started out this season 0-4 at Scotiabank Place. Ottawa hasn't lost five in a row at home since 1997. But to avoid that distinction the Senators will have to get past New Jersey's Martin Brodeur, who is 16-6 with five shutouts and a 1.85 GAA versus Ottawa in his career. The Devils look like a good underdog play here according to Dunkel, which has New Jersey favored straight up by 1/2 a goal. Dunkel Pick: New Jersey (+1 1/2). Here are all of today's games.
