  • Question @ Sat. Football??

One game JUMPED out at me. L'Ville giving 17 to Syracuse?
Maybe I'm just seeing this in a wrong perspective, but I just think L'Ville rolls over the Cuse. I saw Cuse play at Wake Forest and I realize that was the first game of the year, but they didn't look too good, especially defensively.
Any thoughts or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Like the over in CMich game.

Im a season ticket holder Wake man, i havent formed a real pick on this game. The Cards covered their first 4 games and have failed to cover their last 2. They looked horrible on Saturday against Cincy, that makes 2 straight games that they couldnt run the ball. I am not sure why they cant run the ball right now.

We only have 2 seniors on the D line and we lost one on Saturday for 3 -4 weeks, they have depth at that postion, but its freshman. I watched the game on Saturday WVU and Syracuse, 17-14 at the half before WVU came to life in the 2nd half.

Louisville D has been the real story this year, they have shut the run down and have shored up the secondary. Besides Kentucky no one has scored more than 28 points on this unit this year. I dont see Syracuse scoring more than 20. I will give you more of an opinion after tomorrow, lots of local media talking and sometimes i get some good info.

Good luck to you on whatever you do

When capping I don't put lots of weight in how teams look vs other teams. There could be many reasons why Syracuse was flat. Was Syracuse looking ahead?

Regarding the Louisville/Syracuse game. Where's the game played? How has Cuse played the last few weeks?

Syracuse just lost to WVU by 24 at WVU, covering the 25. The game was 17-14 at the half then WVU ran all over them in the 2nd half.

The game is being played at Cuse field, and the Cards have not looked good their last 2 Frank, failing to cover the 25 they laid to Cincy at home winning by 6 and surviving a 20 yard throw to the endzone that was broken up as time expired.

They should be able to move the ball at will against the cuse defense which cannot stop the run. I think the close call vs cincy will help dial this team in this week, they beat the cuse 2 years ago in the dome by 10. Cards win 41- 13

I hope it cashes for you Wake Man, good luck

This will be Brohm's second game back for Louisville. They looked flat the last two weeks and may show big imnprovement tomorrow. I don't have a play but would lean to Louisville
