Yes, Oliver is a terrible pitcher, but I think the Mets bats bail him out. Another important factor is although they won't admit it, the injuries to Eckstein, Pujols, Edmunds, and Rolen are hurting them at the plate, and this Cardinals line-up at less than 100% health-wise is struggling.
