If you had to choose between one of these two pitchers, who would you rather have?

thats a tuffy. Oz is a little more streaky but when he's on he is gold.

Carpenter without a doubt. He has the hardware (1 Cy Young probably 2 in a week or two) and doesn't wait til the end of the season to start pitching like Oswalt does.

Oswalt, its not even close. Carpenter has a sold line up that scores runs. look @ what oswalt has. oswalt is nasty. carpenter is a good pitcher but IMO oswalt is clearly better.

I would take either one as the ace for my staff, though, if I were starting a team.

Hahahhahaha I love it! No faith in the Cardinals and now no faith in the reigning and soon to be 2 time Cy Young winner. I guess awards are just tossed out there huh guys.
