I am saying the plan...although not great was still good enough to win...
the plan was good enough to lose bro.......the plan that got them up 14-0 was good enough to win......they stopped moving the chains Tony......they gained 140 yards on the first 2 drives and another 120 the rest of the game and just about every one of them yards was to Boldin

they turtled up and lost plain and simple

    PEACE

you still have not answered me....

do they win if the kicker makes the FG??

If they do not give up 2 TDS from fumbles???

Yes or NO??? Thats all.....I agree it was a bad gameplan....but it is moot if these things do not happen and DG can not control those

i am waiting for your answer to my question??? i conceded it was a bad gameplan.....But do they win if they make the FG???

or if they do not fumble twice.....

If so then DG can not be held responsible for this loss....At some point players have to play!!!

Bro yer right that guy makes the kick and everything is rosy but guess what he missed so now everything that led to that miss gets scrutinized

You watched that same game didnt you think they shouldve been up way more than 20 after gettin 6 TOs? they scored 7 on their own and then 13 pts off of 6 TOs? That game should not have been close but they left the Bears in it by not going for the kill

Once they went up 14-0 I swear they just wanted the clock to run out and they called their plays that way.......sure what the Bears did cant be blamed on Green or can it?

Why not punt to the sidelines and force Grossman to beat ya? How come nobody has said that? Its a mess Tony....there arent enough fingers to point blame after this debacle

            PEACE

Hey Tony, yes they woulda won if the field goal was made but it shouldn't of been close enough to begin with.. It was all play calling, if the bears D was kept guessing, there would be no fumble. They was waiting for him to get the ball and held him up for Urlacher to strip.. it was like they was in the huddle.

They should have made the FG and should have won. I had Chicago -20 at +520 for the second half and after Chicago went ahead (I agree, they never should have) I really thought Arizona would keep throwing those 5 to 10 yard passes and move right down the field for either a TD or a chip shot FG.

Most coaches would have done the same as what Green did in the last drive, run the ball, don't risk an INT, unless it's third and long, and set up the winning FG. Sounds nice but in Greens case, you don't run the ball when the odds are against you to make even one yard. Any running back but James and Arizona would have had the first down and a chance for an easier FG or maybe a TD.

If I knew James is worthless (don't all of us), Green should have known too. My God, they gave him the ball 36 times for a grand total of 55 yards. That's just a yard and a half per carry. 36 wasted plays for Arizona. They would not have lost the game if even a few of the 36 wasted plays were more short pass plays that Chicago had a hard time stopping.

I'm happy because I got back my origional Chicago -11 mistake plus some more, but I still wonder why is James still in the NFL. Last year at Green Bay he averaged less than 4 ypc. Green Bay rushed for more yards per game when James was hurt last year than when he played. That was Denny Greens mistake. Playing a running back who can't run and giving him the ball 36 times. Just my thinking.

He certainly coached scared of losing. He got toooooo conservative.

A running back is only as good as their offensive line.

I agree, look at Denver every year, plug in an average back and they run for a ton of yards
