Can someone explain these 2nd H Lines?

Chiefs/Steelers 2ndH Total is 16

but

Miami/Jets 2ndH Total is 16.5

very good question.....the dolphins could not score at a midget football game and neither can the jets....How they get 3 scores between them will be a miracle....I expected better from the fins.....Hope they can at least win since i have them
