I think this is a game the A's needed. Now they got Verlander, Rogers, and Bonderman coming up. I think they are in trouble.

What a difference one series makes? A week ago no one was giving Verlander and Rogers and chance. Now this is a must game for the A's because those pitchers are on deck.

A's should've gotten the bullpen up when Irod homerd not when Inge doubled off the wall to make it 4-0. The way A's offense hits each run is huge and with Detroits pitching even more. A's bullpen did its job holding the Tigers after their offense, fielding and Zito blew any chance of keeping it even close.
