Kaptains "NFL" for Sunday
Thanks to all for the B'day wishes yesterday......Grandsons team got beat 15-5, but he did have ALL 5 goals.....Theyt had fun, thats what counts.........
Got through with my Major Job---all went well---final results were Refinery to pay 5K deductible, and then the balance split out 80 % for Ins Co, and 20 % for Refinery.......they had dual responsibility to assure Electrical code requirements were met....Both were negligent, but the Ins co more so, cause they have the responsibilty of alerting the insured when new codes come into effect (though protected by grand father clause), they should have given the refinery an opportunity to increase their rates, re tro fit the changes, or cancel policy.........They did none of the above, so now they pay........Bill estimated to be 312 K.........
