After much more thinking about this.... one of two things is going to happen:
1. People who gamble online are going to find a way around it, afterall the laws are not banning us from playing, but banning financial institutions to transfer money to gambling sites. Whether or not Neteller shuts down US customers is yet to be seen, but guaranteed someone new comes along overseas or in the islands that allows it. This is just going to be like the transition period when Paypal stopped letting us use them to fund sportsbooks and poker sites... Neteller came in and became the industry leader.
OR...
2. This is a big setup to finally legalize (at the least) Poker online by gaming companies such as Harrahs Entertainment or MGM. Just look at the buyout offer Harrahs Entertainment had the other day... A Private offer for $81 a share (when it was trading at $66) and Harrahs turned it down immediately. Think they know something we dont know?!
