Where has this been published? I haven't received any noticed from them about this. Are they going to let the U.S. players know?

Here is a list of ALL the poker sites and their decisions to stay or drop US Customers:

                  http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...=0#Post7509074

Call it a hunch but I think this is actually opening the doors for a huge gaming company like Harrahs or MGM to pave the way for legalizing poker play online.

Why not just have it legislated here and taxed? MILLIONS of tax dollars would be generated.

WSEX's response is by far the best:

                    Hi xxxx,

We have absolutely no plans whatsoever of dropping any players. In short, it will be business as usual. WSEX.com and all its sister companies are legal and licensed businesses regulated by the Gaming Commission of Antigua and Barbuda. We are wholly located in Antigua and do no business or run any part of our operation on US soil.

The World Trade Organization (WTO) has recognized the right of Antiguan companies to be in this business and has instructed the United States to stop trying to block US residents from playing at Antiguan operations.

Nothing in the bill criminalizes placing a bet or sending money to or receiving money from an offshore gambling business.

We strongly suggest that our players/bettors get set up with alternative payment systems (such as Neteller and First Pay).

Thanks for your enquiry xxxx. WSEX is here to stay.

                    Best regards,
                    Byron

I just finished a chat with one of my online book BetonUSA and they said that once this shit passes here that their business will go on as usual they will not be shutting down.. They did say however that all Wester Union is down indefinitely. Then they said that the law does not affect us,were are a german baesd company and you can still with your money via check and cash the check. Then i asked ok so after this passes and i recieve a check from you guys my bank wont throw up a Red Flag and not add it to my bank account right? They said no because your check does not come as a check from bet on usa. Thats how they will be getting around it..

Party Poker has said it will shut down U.S. operations when the bill is signed. That is expected to be Friday.

If I had money with them, I'd be requesting a payout NOW. Who knows if they have the cash to refund all deposits?
