Kaptains " 3 Days Off" Notice

I have a major project lined up for the next 3 1/2 days.....I'll be spending about 15-16 hours a day for 3 days, preparing for a 10:00 meeting Thursday with the Insurance Co., and a Major Refinery here in Tulsa........

Lightning from these storms running through here have destroyed several hundred thousands dollars worth of electrical equipment........

Refinery looked to Ins. Co to pay, and Ins. Co looked to blame refinery for lack of Ground Fault Protection, and proper lightning arrestors......

The Old Kapt has been mutualy contracted an an un-bias arbitrator to make the final decision as to who pays, and or what %.........Lots of work, identifying problems, and inital source of same.......i e, who's to blame.....Tons of technical data is required, so I'll be taxing my brain on my work, in lieu of Sports........

PS---the Old Kapt gonna charge the sons a bitches about 7-8 grand for this....so I'll be allright......

Can't make a thread without at least one opinion.........

Definitely----course you may want to visit below quite frequently because thats where you'll find the 2 trouble makers.....LSU and rwall......you know how they stir up shit....

Karl--Doesn't sound like a picnic. Looking up the history of the insurance agencies to see how they have perform on such matters in the past. Checking to see if the companies have dealt with this in their past. Then seeing what equipment is being used to deter the problem, etc. Sheeesh- we need ya here!!

Damn Karl that's alot of work, make sure you take care of the Kap, 3 squares and as much sleep as you can... at least it happened during a quiet gambling period!
