Forget the fix bull shit.. but there is no fucking way SFU was the better team tonight... give me a fucking break... Rice ran at will with over 200 yards... Rutgers was a 2 TD better team than USF tonight...i may have lost with my Rutgers Bet, but I'll be damn sure to stick with my own picks before I follow someone that thinks Rutgers was lucky to win this game tonight!
Rutgers has the ball in USF territory up 22-14, needing one more first down to basically end the game.
On 3rd down they throw to Brian Leonard, he gets TACKLED by the LB and they call nothing.
Rutgers has their ensuing FG blocked off all things, and USF moves down the field thanks to a roughing the passer penalty and a pass interference penalty.
On 1st and Goal from the 20 USF throws an easy INT into the end zone which Rutgers of course drops. USF inevitably scores a TD on 2nd & Goal from the 20, and then of course misses the 2 point conversion on what was almost definitely PI on Rutgers. Costing the Bulls the game but still covering the spread.
Fucking bullshit loss.
Friday Night Football has not been kind to me. Between this and Kansas +4 2 weeks ago these could be my worst losses of the year in college football.
Let me get this straight. The refs, the special teams from both teams, the Rutgers D were all in on the fix but they didn't send the BC members the memo.
You've never seen a blocked FG? You've never seen roughing the passer penalty? You've never seen a pass interference penalty? You've never seen a dropped INT? You've never seen a missed 2 pt converstion?
I want to watch the games you watch. The PERFECT GAME. A game where no human makes any mistakes.
Let me ask you. In the perfect games you watch. How does the perfect offense move the ball on the perfect defense?
Of course I've seen all those things happen. I've seen them all happen a million times, usually in games I bet on.
I was just pissed off (and still am) that they ALL happened in succession in about a 2 minute stretch that gave South Florida a bullshit backdoor cover and cost me MONEY. That's why I'm upset. Is that hard to understand?
That game was crap and you know it.

I wasen't going to come in here and say I'm not surprised USF covered, but now that others who won with USF have posted in this thread, I don't see how anyone would lay points to a team that has only lost 8 out of 40 games at home. Two years ago, Memphis came in as a favorite and lost the game outright. Last year it was Louisville. They came to South Florida ranked in the top 10 last September and lost big 45-14.
If tonights game was fixed and I'm sure those of you saying that really don't believe it, it just feels better to say it. I've felt the same way in the past. It would be pretty hard to fix a game where the dog has to lose by only 1, 2 or 3 points and cannot win the game SU. People forget South Florida had a winning record in Big East games and went to a bowl last year. I feel for anyone who played Rutgers but I've had many losses as bad as this one was for you. I'm still trying to get over the game I had the Padres and the Dodgers hit 4 Home Runs in a row in the 9th inning to turn my win into a loss. Or my big A's bet last week when they were up 9-3, went into the 9th inning up by 3 and lost the game. Tonight just evened things up a bit. For every bad loss, it was a great win for someone else.
