1. Tom Brady
2. Peyton Manning
3. Donovan McNabb
4. Carson Palmer
5. Brett Favre
6. Matt Hasselback
7. Jake Delhomme
8. Daunte Culpepper
9. Eli Manning
10. Brad Johnson
There's lots of QBs I'd take before Culpepper. Ben, Vick, Bledsoe, and Plummer to name a few. I'd probably take the starting QB for almost all teams before I selected Culpepper.

There isn't a QB in the League that i would take over Brady. Yes, the Pats are my team. I still would be honest though in choosing another QB if i saw one i liked better ... but i don't. I see RB's i would take in a minute over C. Dillon. There are a TON of WR's i would have taken over Branch. I love Rodney Harrison but i could name people over him i would take there too.
Manning puts up numbers all day long and so do a few others. The problem is in the last qtr or few minutes of a BIG game, they seem to play differently than they did in the 1st 3 qtrs. and it's no better, it's worse.
Manning has folded against a Brady led team every time and last year against Pitt. he couldn't make a play to save his life. Blame others all you want but he has had many chances while surrounded by HALL OF FAMERS and failed every time until now.
Grossman is playing great but in an elimination game there is no way i would take him over Brady. Would that mean the Bears couldn't win? No, i'm saying if they were playing with the same surrounding cast ... It wouldn't even be a discussion UNTIL ... Rex wins "Something".
McNabb is unbelieveable. He really is. He has also won big games. He didn't win though in multiple chances in the NFC Title games before finally getting there and those were some home losses too. He did get there and played fairly well but just couldn't get it done.
I think in the end the "Intangible" of winning the BIG game trumps all. Brady has done whatever he has had to do time and time again in playoff games to win and he has 3 rings to show for it.
Don't give the the "System" as the reason why he wins either. Trent Dilfer won playing in a system based on defense and pocketed a ring. You don't win 3 of them that way and if you do ... Montana, Aikman, Elway, Bradshaw & other multiple SB winning QB's were too!
P.S.
Name a player that will be in the Hall of Fame from either of those 1st 2 Super Bowls.
No Emmitt, Rice, Irvin, Swann, Stallworth, Davis, Harris or MANY OL also in the Hall of Fame ... NONE. 2 People might go, one for sure (Brady & Adam V.)

BW, McNabb #7...r u joking...lol...not sure why people still feel McNabb isn't a top flight QB especially considering he's throwing to guys like Reggie Brown and Hank Baskett.
