one team was prepared to play... the other team was not...

not the first time we have seen a team most thought were underdogs hand it to the "better" team... New Orleans was the better team last night ... no fix whatsoever..

this coming from a guy who had like 4 teasers with atlanta in them screwed last night thanks to a perfect defensive scheme

There have been many of times that "the fix" has helped me and I pointed it out, its better to be lucky than right!

In this case yes, it was againts me (I was on the under), but it just seemed so phony... maybe for the right reason but still phony...

Then what are you saying? Did the NFL only meet with the special team players.

You make it seem blocked punts and blocked FGs never occur in games. Players blow assignments all the time. It happens!

I guess Piazza's homer after 911 was scripted.

These threads are ridiculous. We are suggesting conspiracies of monumental proportion. With a game of this magnitude it would very difficult to pull it off.

The thought that these things are fixed is outlandish. Just think about the number of people that woul dhave to be included on 'the fix' for it to happen....impossible.

Jack, I've echoed that statement many times. One would think that as often as the sport bettor/fan screams fix and the number of players/coaches that would have to be involved someone would have sang by now.

There is ZERO benefit for someone to fix a football game because of the amount of people that would have to be involved. It isn't like basketball where one person can determine the outcome.

I agree with you on this Frank....
