Where's the Giants Defense????

Like last week vs the Eagles where is the Giants defense. I've never seen receivers wide open time and time again. The Giant d-backs are confused. The past two weeks I've never seen more receivers open as much as the Giants opposition.

In week one vs the Colts the Giant defense was ripped apart on 3rd down. Many of them 3rd and long.

The D has been horrible all 3 weeks. It was horrible down the stretch last year and in the loss to Carolina. The D-coordinator's scheme is terrible.

Regarding, Coughlin. The Giants commit too many penalties and too many mistakes. To me that a sign of a poorly coached team.

He has not had his team ready to play for 4 straight games...the d scheme is awful, unless the scheme allows guys to run through the defense wide open, the penalties and mistakes are troubling, he goes no huddle when it is 42-3 when it worked last week, we spent how many millions on a LB that doesn't blitz and drops back in covergage every down and isn't put in the position to change the game.... I got into a discussion with a friend who was saying Coughlin could coach circles around Fassel.... Fassel would never have his teams as ill prepared as these teams have been the last 4 games.....

exactly my sentiments last week when that clown ass team beat philly. I think everyone expected them to only win 1 of their first 3 games anyways. I wouldn't count them out yet...even though I would like to.

Another outburst by an overrated player that is quickly becoming a bigger headache than he is worth....

“I don’t know what it is. But it’s not flat,” Giants coach Tom Coughlin said after his team followed a 17-point fourth-quarter deficit at Philadelphia last week with a 35-0 flop in the first half against the soaring Seahawks.

“A team that does nothing but preach and talk about turnovers, we turn it over like nothing matters, nothing counts,” Coughlin said. “It cost us the game.”

It all left New York’s Jeremy Shockey irate — at his coach.

“We got outplayed, and outcoached. Write that down,” the volatile tight end said after he was told of Coughlin’s frustrated outburst.

Shockey had four catches for 58, inconsequential yards.

When asked what he meant by “outcoached” Shockey said, “You saw the game.”
