I've now hit 10 football plays in a row after going 5-0 in college yesterday. I was 2-0 last weekend in the NFL and even hit both of my plays in the horse forum yesterday where I have a record that is now, I might humbly say, off the charts in postive territory. Three plays today and I might add a play on the Sunday night game, depending on line movement.
1* Texans +4
Everyone assumes the Redskins will win because they "have to win." Yeah, they have to win but so what? Washington has shown no offense and has a bad QB situation. The Texans, however, have shown explosiveness on offense and rang up 23points last week against Indy. Houston is back home against a non-conf opponent and if they can score 20, they'll cover. I'm betting they do.
1* Cardinals -4 1/2
Arizona is another home team with a vastly superior offense. I think the Cardinals are a playoff contender and the Rams are not. Arizona by more than a touchdown in a game that separates contenders from pretenders.
1* Giants +3 1/2
The hook is here is huge as I think these teams are at least even in ability. While this is New York's third big game in a row, their huge come from behind win last week is likely to carry over. We have a decade long trend on Super Bowl losers collapsing in the following season and there's no reason to assume Seattle is immune. I look for a shootout and I'm taking the points.
Opinion only: Bengals (Roethlisberger looked awful Monday night)
