Demptster has had two brilliant outings in a row and Houston won last night for the first time on the road in 7 games. Oswalt has been hit all year sans his last couple. Griffey is gone now and this team has always scored more without him and played cohesively. The strongest influence for me on this game is Oswalts Goatee is butt uglier times 10 vs Dempsters Goatee!

I liked it last night with Stevenson and I like it as much or more with Tomko starting. He is a fly ball pitcher and LA will make use of that more than once. Ishi and his control problems are always good for a few runs as well!

Brower should get touched up by the Rockies for just enough and Oliver on the road is the Mr.Hyde of his Dr. Jeckyl record. Enough again tonight for the over.

Santana is vastly underrated and Zito is vastly overrated (this year). Even though the Twins had their share of problems with lefties in the past the dome has been a house of horrors for Zito and the defense. Plus the A's bats have totally gone south....very little run support for anyone. Look for a couple fluke runs to probably win this thing.

Seo is due for a good outing and if he gets through the first 4 innings with minimal damage....the Mets bats should be all over Hampton...there is really bad blood between him and that team and the Mets would dearly LOVE to cram one down his throat at ATL. I like that extra motivation. Plus they almost got em last night anyway!

Both pitchers have had their problems lately but the Mariners are way overdue and "Aflac" for KC will fall behind early in this one.

Wolf is due for an outing like he briefly showed in the all star game and Vazquez is due for one of the opposite. With just a little run support the Spos can win this one.
