And go back and read your Shaun Micheel thread. I posted that I was playing Micheel and gave my reasons in your thread. I bet it and won as well.

You don't bore me with your posts, it's just that former athletes challenging people on here to some kind of duel at 20 paces is getting a little old.....I believe, and I'm sure others do as well, that you are a very good golfer and are what you say you are. Good luck to you and I will look for future golf picks...

    Thanks Kaz...Understood. No more duels...LOL

Just tell me to "shut up" when I get out of hand...sometimes a get a little fired up...it's the washed up athlete in me.

I do also agree with his point by the way...like you said, it was simply the way it was stated.

    Thanks again,

    GL

Why are you such an obnoxious prick? So my comment was a little harsh and frankly wrong. I stand corrected...he didn't sleep in but he was even par through 9 and that is not good enough when you are one of the top US Golfers and you need to win. Should he have been down 4 at the turn the way he was playing? Probably not, but he was playing one of the hottest players going, as you correctly state, so level par ain't going to win you anything.

He played great the last 8 holes...but he was 4 down at that point when he got hot. Plus, he was 3 under on 16 & 17 and he was dormie on the 16th tee...a little too late buddy....

Perhaps you should learn a little class and if someone makes a point that you disagree with, or may even be wrong as I was, there are better was to do it than to be a complete ass. Perhaps the Kaptain is giving a seminar soon that you can sign up for.

And by the way, I have forgotten more about golf than you think you know.

Kaz, you see, you have class...you are right...I was clueless and wrong in my comment. I was at work and only saw that Furyk was down 4 through 8 and just assumed, and did so incorrectly, that Furyk was playing poorly. I should have known better than to just make an assumption like that.

Well stated Three Jack...let's forget about this one and concentrate on the next event...

          WGC-American Express Championship

Waiting for the futures and matches to come out...not at Pinny yet. I expect some great values in this one. Our performance at the Ryder Cup will effect some of the lines that come out for this event...to our advantage.

I think forgetting about this and moving on is a great idea fella's. I think we were all a little steamed at how the American's lost and why. It definitely can bring out the worst in people and tempers were hot. No hard feelings on my end and I'm looking forward to Kingfish plays in the next tourney. Three Jack....you're cool with me Bro!
