NFL Week 2 Picks

I had a really rough week in college football losing about 10*. Thank you Colorado for fumbling that punt at the end of the game and making a bad day into a terrible one.

Considering that performance and the fact that I don't really like Sunday's card, I decided to go light with a few dog plays....and a moneyline parlay of course.

Tampa Bay is 6-2 SU against Mike Vick and 3-1 SU in Atlanta.

I hate myself for betting on the Cowboys and will be rooting all out for the Redskins of course. I just don't see us winning in Dallas without Springs and possibly Portis (who I wouldn't be surprised to see play in that game by the way.)

It kills me but I just don't see how we can win this game in Dallas without Shawn Springs. Redskins outsides don't realize how crucial he is to the team's success. Without him it's Carlos Rogers/Mike Rumph matching up with T.O. and Glenn.

Unfortunately, Sean T. can't be everywhere at once and Archuletta is horrible. Could be a rough day for our secondary.

It's not really hating on the Skins. Dallas has won I think 9 out of 10 against us in Dallas.

Frankly I need the money after a bad day Saturday. I also see it as hedging in a way. I'm still rooting completely for the Redskins. But if they lose at least I'll have made some money.

Shawn Springs being out is such a killer in that game.

Giants-Eagles will be great. I'll be pulling for Philly. I know the sensible thing is to root for the Giants so no team gets ahead by 2 games in the division, but I hate the Giants way too much for that.

thats funny, my one boy who is die hard skin's keeps talkin about the loss of springs too, and how big it is. I'm indifferent as to who wins, I'd be inclined to take the 5.5 points cause when you have 2 teams who don't want to start 0-2, it should make for a close one.
