If the majority of the bets are being placed against the team that is favored,( 35%-65%), why would the line still be going up? Shouldn't it be coming down?

I'm curious to know company's that offer # of wagers placed and amounts up to the last 1/2 hour before a game, is that worth purchasing?
I have no idea but maybe sumone here does or has research on it.
How many more titles will the Yankees try to buy it never ends.
