Jax/Pitt Under 18.5 (First Half) -----------WINNER



Enjoy the rest of the game. Toss up for me on the 2nd half. Defenses playing well. Rain possibly rolling in. Rothy is not entirely on his game. Jax plays better offense in the second half and I like the way Leftwich is on right now. Injuries starting to mount up for Jax with Chad Owens and our fullback slowed or out. Running sucks for both teams - Would be easy to tell ya take the under again but I just can't --- Its your call!!

Spear.... last week i got a new cell phone which over the weekend i figured out how to download opera mini on, now i can see web sites while i'm at work... guess which was the first one i looked at... tonight being busy at work and having little time, the threads i saw most were yours and JMarty's hot chick threads.... so i slammed yours and dismissed Marty's as the ravings of an overstressed paternal lunatic..... and the rest is history!! Alrighty- Nice weekend Lots of winners. In last nights game - the second halfBrady did awful in the second half. He had a chance to pick on a rookie cornerback when the starter went out and threw 3 long balls to slow any momentum for the team at a crucial time. You can't fix or cap stupid!!!

Ah I see that practically everyone is on the Falcons and the Over. While it is not my practice to see what others are picking prior to my capping-- I am in disagreement. Generally I like to lean toward the opposite of Sunday nights play. Dog won so tonight the fav? Under won and so tonight an over. However.

My play is:
Atl/New Orleans Under 51 and Atl +3

(NO is 2-9 Over/Under after winning 2 games. Atl is 1-3 after consecutive wins last 3 seasons. Both teams together have an O/U record of 1-3.)

Yes I realize I will not be popular with the under play but I have my reasons. Just like in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid- when actor Struthers ask Robert Redford to show his gunmanship. "Hit the coin" He said. Then Redford missed and as Struthers walks away- Redford asked if he could move? "What do you mean move" Where upon Sundance nailed the coin. Atlanta will be moving and causing confusion on a patchwork O line for NO

Looking at the games each has played--New Orleans which beat GB and Cleveland. Not exactly 2 powerhouses but it was both away games. Now they are home with the prez and nation looking on.

Atlanta, on the other hand, defeated TB and Carolina away. Not easy tasks but the way they did it was impressive. They ran with ease.

3rd downs are unkind to Atl so far-- 4 of 13 where NO is 7 of 16. TO are slightly in favor of Atl and rushing is Atl forte while NO Drew Brees likes to pass and use the duo of Bush (for
screen passes and McAllister to pick up the ground game. Potent -yes

Both teams are pumped. Atl strong safety Lawyer Milloy (8 tackles), who has been one of the NFL's best run-stopping safeties will be helping out on blitzing and disrupting the NO O line.

I see an under here and you can follow the hype on potent offenses or you can middle it if you have the over already. This play does not represent a 10* as the emotional components are hard to envision. It would feel great for NO to win by a point - but that would not be healthy either for most of you.
