A Brooks is the guy...and before everyone goes hating on his ass they should check the fact that he lead the NFL in fourth quarter comebacks last season. Not to mention we have one of the best recieving cores in football.

I initially liked the Brooks trade. As much flack as he recieves in New Orleans, he's still talented; and I thought going to the Raiders was a perfect place for him. But he looked bad in pre-season; so, we'll see. I"m trying to get a guage on the Monday night game. If Rivers can avoid major mistakes, they are the choice; but I don't have a crystal ball...

i honestly believe in brooks much more than i believe in tom walsh's offensive system... what i mean is that i think brooks is a good qb and i think he'd be great for the raiders, i'm just not sold on this 45 year old playbook and system that they are using, and brooks will be the one hung out to dry by the media and fans. i mean christ, put marino in a system with all 5 and 7 step drops, with that o-line and no shotgun formation and see how he'd do!!!!!! with all that said, i'm still excited to see the raiders this year and think they will win 8 games and double up last years record.

huh? Not this year. Maybe in 2-3 years. You cant say a rookie is gonna be better than a Pro-bowl caliber player with his 'first ' start.

D will be solid - top 10. maybe. But not better than my skins (please dont bring up the NE preseason game - I wanted to kill myself)

Its going to be a tough call. Raiders D looks improved It would shock me if Aaron Brooks could put together a good consistent game. He look lost in the preseason. I think i will watch this one and not play,
