Playing Offshore?

Guys, I haven't played in about 6 months and normally I play offshore. Could someone tell me if there is any issues or ramifications with this due to the new laws the the House passed here in the states? Looking to play offshore again now that football has started. Any info would be great...thanks

No as the bill has to pass the Senate and then if it does people will find ways around getting money to offshore books. The best thing for the Government to do is regulate it. Then that will create jobs here in the USA and more tax revenue.
