0-1 on my last post Wednesday as the +123 Marlins blew a 5-1lead. I remain way up on my dog plays and have one with an amazing line today.

Say what??? The Mets are an enormous DOG?? I could go on and on about this but the bottom line is Oswalt is being ludicrously overvalued. Houston is only 15-12 in his starts for a -342 ROI. El Duque pitched six shutout innings in his last start and has given up no runs in two of his last five. The Mets, in the meantime, are hitting the cover off the ball with 56 runs in their last seven games---an average of eight a game! They've won 13 of their last 15 and and took the first two from Houston. The Mets are 41-27 (!) on the road while Houston is only 37-33 at home. The Mets are 34 games over .500, have the best record in baseball and are getting +155! It may not win but there is overwhelming value here.
